Private beta program — limited team slots

Put a shared agent at the center of your marketing team.

Single-user AI tools fall apart when multi-department strategies enter the room. Moxio gives high-production marketing teams a persistent runtime layer to coordinate work.

Private beta · limited team slots

  • 3+ FTEs
  • Agency & In-House
  • High Production

Built specifically for professional marketing teams (agencies & in-house).

Designed for operational complexity

Built for teams with real handoffs.

Ideal fit

Built for Teams

  • Agencies & Client-Facing Teams: Managing external reviewer chains, change orders, and strict permission boundaries.

  • Multi-Department In-House Orgs: Coordinating inputs between Strategy, Creative, Data, and Executive Leadership.

  • Teams of 3+ Full-Time Marketers: Operating high-volume production schedules with overlapping project dependencies.

  • Cross-Tool Workflows: Teams receiving context through Slack, Email, text, and asset drives that get lost in execution.

Not designed for

Not a fit

  • Solo Creators & Freelancers: Looking for a standalone prompt box or personal copy assistant.

  • Flat Organizations: Single-turn workflows where one person prompts, creates, and publishes without review.

  • Basic Brainstorming: Teams looking solely for first-draft text generation tools without project context memory.

The problem we’re solving together

Anti-slop. Pro-ops.

We’re not thrilled with where AI-enabled marketing is headed. Everyone’s focused on the output. But marketing’s never been solely about the output. It’s about intent, strategy, and deeply understanding a customer’s problems.

Meanwhile marketing teams are still juggling a dozen file formats, scope creep, and email threads.

This is Moxio’s lane. Deploying project agents to organize the BS; not contribute to the growing body of slop.

Pilot FAQ

Who is the pilot for?

Professional marketing teams with 3+ full-time marketers, at least two people available weekly, and one substantial project worth building inside a shared operating layer.

Is the pilot free?

Yes. The pilot is free, but selective. We are looking for teams with real standards, real source material, and enough workflow complexity to help shape the product honestly.

What is the time commitment?

One hour per week for four weeks, either by video or in person. We will use that time for working sessions, feedback, project review, and applied agentic marketing practice.

What should we bring?

Bring the real seeds of good work: customer signals, analytics, case studies, source docs, internal notes, IRL brainstorms, positioning debates, and the standards your team uses to decide whether something is ready.

What will we leave with?

The goal is a full campaign or project package: email campaigns, web pages, landing pages, newsletters, social content, docs, or whatever your project calls for. Think the kind of project package that would typically require a serious production budget.

Is this a content generator?

No. moxio is a shared project surface where AI is used as the compute engine around human judgment, source material, context, approvals, and taste.

What happens after we submit the intake?

The intake helps us understand your team, stack, standards, and project fit. From there, we will schedule a follow-up conversation and decide whether the pilot is a good match.
